What delivery services do you offer?
If you have not ordered an additional service, such as delivery to the apartment or assembly, delivery will only be made to the curbside, as close to your door as the lorry can get. Deliveries to traffic-free zones or roads that are not suitable for trucks can unfortunately not be made.
We offer an additional, chargeable delivery service for CHF 69.90: The ordered product (with the exception of whirlpools) can be made to the room of your choice, but must be accessible by normal stairs (for products that weigh more than 60 kg, the customer must also help with carrying it). Since this additional service has to be planned with external partners, the delivery period can be extended by 1 to 2 weeks. Any liability for any damage caused by the transport service provider is rejected. Note that the additional delivery option cannot be added after the product has been shipped.
Larger deliveries are made by a forwarding agent that works with us. Delivery is generally free of charge with the exception of the following destinations where delivery is logistically difficult: Melchsee-Fruut, Blatten bei Naters, Mürren, Wengen, Saas-Fee, Zermatt, Bettmeralp, Rigi Koltbad, Stoos, Braunwald (Glarus Süd) and Riederalp. A fee of CHF 180 is charged for delivery of the products to these locations.
