Can I really return the product up to 365 days?
Brand-new (unused) products, packed securely in the original packaging, can be returned for up to 365 days. Up to 14 days, we will offer a free return and issue a full refund, which will be transferred using the payment method selected when ordering (returns from islands are at your expense).
After 14 days, you'll need to cover the return cost. Your refund will be issued in the form of a voucher to be used at beliani.ch within 365 days.
The return of used or installed products is not possible. All hygiene-related articles (waterbeds, mattresses, bed pillows, hot tubs and bath tubs etc.) will be accepted only in the original unopened packaging.
